2. FB person said the snow "put to rest the global warming hoax"

I was going to reply "it's called climate change, idiot" when one of his rightwing blueblood countryclub cronies piped in with "that's why they had to change the name to 'climate change', because global warming is so obviously untrue".

To others of his ilk, I've posted "I hope for the sake of your kids that you're right. But it's a mighty big gamble, don't you think?"

But nohing you say gets through their Faux-addled heads. They are not going to go willingly into the reality-based community. So I just made his posts disappear from my feed instead.

3. I just ask them if it really matters if

it is "true" or not when what we are talking about is NOT polluting the air we all need to breathe to live.
