Anyone planning to watch "Undercover Boss" after the Superbowl?
It looks like a very interesting premise--top execs dress down to spend some time with the rank & file workers. I'm curious to see how it's presented and how "real" it really is.

1. Yes! My husband's boss actually just got fired for doing some illegal things on the side.
I do wonder just how hard working these bosses really are. Of course, how real will it be?

2. Watching it now. The COO of Waste Management...
Has screwed up on the recycle sorting line and jammed the machinery, been fired because he can't fill bags of trash at the landfill fast enough and has just been trying to keep up with an admin doing the work of four people.

3. It'll only be worth it if they show what kind of changes it brings about...
...for their companies. Otherwise this is a waste of time.

6. Looks like they are about to go there.
It's time to take what he's learned back to the board room.

7. That was actually pretty good!
I'm a big believer in the idea that you can most quickly change a heart by having a person walk a mile in someone else's moccasins. I wish I could have every Repug do this.
