To think that they were driven off the air because they disagreed with George Bush! They were right. He was wrong.

3. The sisters are making an album without Natalie Maines.

I think that is great. After all, they are traditional artists. They want to do some roots music. I am glad that some country artists remember their roots. Most modern country music sucks, IMHO.

They could get back together. They say they will. But other groups split without all the public outcry. Many groups split because they just outgrow each other and want to move on. Big deal. They have been through so much together that I would not be surprised if they have PTSD. Fucking republicans.

Natalie could record on her own. Right now, she has to deal with her husband's DUI arrest. Life in the spotlight has its downside.

It is more of a break for them. The sisters want to do something different in terms of an album, and The Dixie Chicks will get back together for other work.

I have no respect for the Nashville/Southern Country "Music" establishment.
I also do not wish well those artists who supported the boycott in any form.
But even before, Natalie's words, I never cared for the country genre.
