"Its liberal values that makes conservatives do bad things". E-mail from an aquaintance.
This is from an old friend who after giving up drugs picked up religion and "conservative values" of late. We have been exchanging e-mails about political issues for about a year now. He has truly gone over the edge. Today he wrote that the reason why people like Mark Foley, Tom Delay, Ted Haggard...do bad things is because "liberal values" instituted in the 60's made them do these things.
"They were caught up in the ungodly rapture that liberals have brought into our culture. If there were no liberals, they would have never had done these things."
Just like that DiSouza<sp> tool this deluded soul is blaming all the evils of our nation on liberals and gays.
So if someone steals, kills, rapes, lies...its all because of "liberal values".
So much for personal responsibility.

2. Tell him he's abolutely right
That he obviously does not have the judgement and discernment that comes with the maturity of living in an open and free society. That he most definitley needs to be in a paternalistic environment where he can get boundaries and curfews that make sense to him.

3. Let me take a wild guess. He used to be a big cokehead.
Some Ex-cocaine people tend to be some of the WORST in terms of self-righteousness, in my sober experience. And that's without even including the Preznit in that judgment.

4. Well. That sounds a lot like the husband telling his wife that it's her fault he beats up on her.
:eyes:

Is this a guy? And is he married?
