What did Waxman get accused of doing?

I had lunch with a Repug today who said "Waxman had no business sitting there as Chairman acting holier than thou because he was once under investigation for wrong doing as well, but they couldn't pin anything on him."

What was he accused of, and was the GOP just trying to hang bull crap on him?

Thanks - did a search on the Internets, but couldn't tell exactly what they were talking about. Anyone know the details?

So, I'm still in the dark as to what they are talking about. I don't ever remember hearing anything about Waxman.

soda cup without paying the extra 25 cents. He thought it was an all-you-can-drink kinda deal.

In the end, he apologized for the entire affair and paid the 25 cents.
