Name the dems who you feel have shown political courage.

There is a decided lack of it these days. And, although I like Speaker Pelosi, I am more than a little disappointed that she, nor the rest of the democratic representatives will not support Denis Kucinich. At the risk of calling them unpatriotic, I cannot help but feel that a true patriot wouldn't run for political cover, but would instead do the right thing and hold these crooks accountable. It isn't an option. It is their duty, as I see it. For, if we are governed by the rule of law, and no person is above the law, and if our leaders should be held to a higher standard of integrity, simply because they hold power over us citizens, then anyone who breaks the public trust must be vigorously prosecuted, an example to be made to the rest of the country, and to the world to show that we are indeed a true democracy.

Who, besides Kucinich do you feel possesses this type of courage?

4. Considering the mud they've had thrown at them for the past 10 or so years
I'd say, the majority of Democrats have shown various degrees of political courage.

16. Yes, but her one big drawback is her unwillingness to impeach
either Bush or Cheney. I view this as an abdication of responsibility, and a desire to duck what may be viewed as politically unpopular. I give her high marks on everything but this point.
