There is no doubt after this ruling that the majority of corporate broadcast newsmedia has been carrying water for the fascist agenda all along.

Any Court nominee who puts democracy and citizen's rights over corporate rule would get smeared 24/7 as a 'judicial activist' by the corporate media, while REAL judicial activists who actually BELIEVE in working to promote fascist rule over democracy get passed along with their philosopies undiscussed....they escape unscathed.
