1. Some are pessimistic that it won't.
It needed to be repealed. Either way, they're set to expire at the END of 2010. That is, if the goddamned rich/republicans/corporations don't interfere with the process and shit it all up, as they did with healthcare. How many billions are we leaving on the table because of this bad piece of Bewsh legislation?
