after thrusting Palin on the nation. By the end of the day yesterday, I can say that, regardless of the squirming it has caused on our side, it was well worth seeing Saint Sara get her comeuppance. The breathtaking willful ignorance and sense of entitlement of this woman leads me to downright loathe McCain and those who stoked her ambition. She's unqualified to do much of anything except "fancy pageant walking." A dismal failure. The lesson for politicos from that debacle should be that, regardless of the designer packaging, at some point the package will be opened, and, if the contents are rancid, there will be no way to disguise the stench.

Hopefully, this woman has ended up where she can do the least harm.
