I Have A Question About HCR, As If There Could Be More Questions... BUT

I realize "sorta" what has happened with HCR, I know I'm not happy about it... but there is one question I must have missed, or overlooked!

Will coverage START in 2004 and WILL the citizens of America have to START PAYING for health insurance RIGHT AWAY, or does payment also NOT KICK IN until 2014?

This may have been posted, but I missed it! Anyone who has the answer, please enlighten mw!

the answer about whether we will have to start paying NOW! Doesn't seem like we should, but there's a lot of "doesn't seem" stuff these days!

Still if anyone has the answer, I would like to know! Maybe we'll have to wait for it until AFTER it goes back to the House. I just don't know, but it would be an even bigger slap in the face to start paying for something 4 years BEFORE you get it!

Call me cynical, but I'm wondering why that would happen, but still think THEY will be asking for Pre-Payment!

5. No, you will not have to start paying right away.

I believe that the new taxes, such as the tax on so-called Cadillac plans, will start right away, but no one will have to pay health insurance premiums (other than what they're already paying now) until the mandate and subsidies take effect in 2014.
