5. From your perspective,

I wish you could share some of your comments on the bill with someone like Bernie Sanders - the pitfalls you see, before the bill comes final. They are well reasoned and expressed.

I hope that there is something in the bill that will help with your health issues; if not, I can understand your deep disappointment and disgust.

While everyone thinks the US system is supposed to be wonderful, I have a sister in South Africa who had cancer in two different areas - in this country she would be denied treatment for the second occurrence. She is now cancer free - even in a country where parts of the medical infrastructure are falling apart, she was able to get proper cancer treatment at reasonable rates - with cooperation from Italian professionals, where some of the SA testing results are sent.

Maybe, specific answers should be provided by the senators touting the bill for cases like yours and others. (I have sent emails to Thom Hartmann, and in a couple instances received replies.)
