I think I'm going to take a break from ALL news for awhile.........

I really need one, I'm not happy, I'm depressed, the holiday parties are just starting and I don't want to be the one who brings everyone else down. :cry: and may-be when I wake in the new year.....it'll all be just a dream. :party: :toast:

Really helps me to lower stress levels when I ban myself from reading any news sites for a while. Getting rid of your TV (or at least leaving it off) really helps a lot too.

3 weeks, couldnt stand it.
Now, no news on TV unless its something huge.

i normally have low blood pressure, and i know it's the politics that's doing it.
