The Problem With Hope, Is That You Are Allowed To Believe, And To Dream...
And when the reality of today's politics smacks you, once again, square in the head...

Hope dissipates...

And the change you believed in, is dwarfed by the change in you pocket.

:banghead:

I'm majorly discouraged... Can ya tell?

1. Why allow yourself to hope?
Just be cynical like me but keep fighting anyway.

3. I'm Hoping For A Great Finale...

But there I go dreaming again.

4. How's that Democratic majority been workin' out for ya?
This year, the good for nothing Congress has made me believe what I once thought unbelievable. Ralph Nader was right - there isn't a bit of difference between Democrats and Republicans.

Don't you think it's about time that we admit that the Republicans are not the only bad guys here? That neither side is representing us. I don't know if you saw this post or not but I think it's one of the most profound posts I've ever seen on DU.

6. Pre Castro Cuba had politicians dangling hope in front of the masses.
They may revolt if no hope.
