Who agrees that Scooter Libby (former Chief of Staff)
for Dick Cheney, can unlock a WHOLE SORDID STORY of betrayal and, perhaps, TREASON. Judith Miller *ties* into Valerie Plame, Joseph Wilson, David Kelly's death, etc.

Scooter LIbby and ESPECIALLY JUDITH MILLER seem to be *the key* ~ repeat *THE KEY* to unlock to whole story of perhaps (most likely?) treason ?

{i}
Main Entry: trea·son
Pronunciation: \ˈtrē-zən\
Function: noun
Etymology: Middle English tresoun, from Anglo-French traisun, from Latin tradition-, traditio act of handing over, from tradere to hand over, betray — more at traitor

1 : the betrayal of a trust : treachery
2 : the offense of attempting by overt acts to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance or to kill or personally injure the sovereign or the sovereign's family
{/i}

Of course, the United States of America was formed b/c it rejected allegiance to any 'sovereign'. And the United States of America has done PARTICULARLY well, actually! I wonder if the 'sovereign' is fighting to get it's "subjects" back?!?!?

5. I know a dog named scooter
The dog used to scoot across the carpet, cleaning his butt on it as he went along.

I wonder if Libby did that.

6. True, but ehm.....the 'power' of 300,000,000+ vs. the 'top 1%' (which would
be about 300,000 who can't even run a copy machine, log onto a wireless network w/o someone teaching/tellting them "how-to", change the oil in their car, etc.) .....The top 1% have NO SKILLS, expertise in (most likely) ANYTHING! The tops 1%'ers HAVE NO CLOTHES! They don't have ANYTHING, except gobs of 'fiat' money.

4. Sure, they "can". But no way in Hell they ever would.
You could probably threaten Scooter with the type of perverted things he wrote about in his own book (like children being raped by grizzlies) and he would still never give up the secrets of his PNAC employers.

11. Treason for purposes of American law is defined in the Constitution.
It is strictly defined there and does not include just any "betrayal." Please Google the Constitution and look it over.

14. Treason in time of war, no less. Outing a WMD counter-proliferation project
when the country is at war over (...ahem..) WMDs!

Maybe that will be their defense--if and when our political establishment ever reverses "We need to look forward not backward" to the truth, "We need to look backward IN ORDER TO look forward"--that there were no WMDs ergo their outing a WMD counter-proliferation project was not treason.

I'm waiting for an heroic petty drug possessor or check kiter to get up before the judge, after the evidence of a crime is presented based entirely on the PAST actions of the accused, and says, "But, your honor, we need to look forward not backward. Our President said so."
