Doesn't Huckabee owe us all an explanation?
The cop killer feigned Christian conversion. Huckabee has been on a christian crusade, to spring christians. At double the rate of other governors. He took that upon himself, in our stead, using religious criteria.

While Huckabee is answering to us, so too should our holy men. We paint all the Muslims as evil, and cast suspicion on them automatically. When a christian convert kills four cops in an ambush of choice, for sport. Where are the cristian leaders hemmin and hawin about how that does not define their religions? How they are ready to throw themselves in front of their loons, predamage.

We have religion, mixed with the civil, and resulting in mass murder. And no questions. This needs to be asked, and insisted on an answer. How much did christian wink and nod, con us? There are many such winks in the works. Bachmann backwoods harbor such christian conspiracy. At all levels.

How bout we trot all our holy men up front, to answer for this conspiracy? I am a christian, and think this is unconstitutional. And a real good reason, to ask pointed questions, about God's place in your of by and for the people. Before we invest any governing power in you. JFK had the RIGHT answer to the questions. George Bush has since been shown to have postured fundamentalist religious, to get elected. Just like the cop killer did, to escape justice. What is the common thread? Christian credential hypocrisy, allowing evil to proliferate, unexamined.

It would be instructive, to ask Huck, and all SHIRTSLEEVE christians, how God fares, against the voters, in the mind of public servants.

2. So, our public servants can act on christian criteria, instead of community good?

4. Governors and Presidents have broad powers to issue pardons, and that is a good thing
My grandfather was sent to prison for treason during World War I for failing to defend his claim of Conscientious Objector status. He was pardoned by President Wilson in 1918.

Huckabee will have to deal with the political consequences of his pardon decisions.

5. Shit, they've been doing that in this country since the Puritans got here.
Hanging witches, spreading smallpox among the heathen Indians, just generally interfering with the lives of others.

3. I'm sure it will be consolation
to the families of those officers, that Huckabee had a good reason for letting that particular criminal loose. :grr:

7. No. I'm more concerned with why this scumbag was
on the street after several MORE encounters with the law. IIRC, the guy had several pending felony cases and was out on bail when the shooting incident occurred. There were ample opportunities to lock this guy up after huckabee released him. So no, I don't fault huckabee alone for this mess but rather the entire sytem that failed to lock this guy up after numerous fuck-ups. This entire fiasco is just the inevitable culmination of the failure that is the American justice system.

I refuse to be a fucking coward, stick my head in the sand, and point at the republican.
That strategy isn't foolproof, don'cha know.

... and there are STILL fucking apologists here whining about the cops shooting this dead as he tried to escpe the law yet again. :puke:

9. Did you mean "embrace"?
Are you asking do they look to give a pardoned convict more chances/slack in future incidents?
I sure as heck hope they investigate/prosecute crimes subsequent to a pardon the same as any other.
