Is Amanda Knox a victim or an evil perpetrator of the vicious murder of her roommate?

There doesn't seem to be any conclusive forensic evidence against her, only one man who testified that she was the murderer (I haven't seen any back up of his story).

In the meantime, I ran across this piece http://www.seattlepi.com/local/412696_knox30.html?source=mypi in the Seattle Pi: "Computer and crucifix: Amanda Knox's guilt will be judged in a system that is a mix of old and new." It is an interesting take on the Italian justice system.

So, DUers, do you believe Amanda Knox committed this crime? Or is she being railroaded by the Italian justice system and the British tabloid press?

2. I'm not sure the guy who testified against her didn't do it.

I don't know, I just found what he said to be a little off the wall...

But then, who DID do it? It seems like a pretty crazed, horrendous thing to do and there isn't really anything to connect her to the murder, except what this guy said...

However, I must say I haven't done a lot of research on this...I just find it interesting and a little off the wall...
