Obama now is increasing the troops in Afghanistan, but OBL isn't there either - he may be in Pakistan, he may be in Saudi Arabia - who knows?

So tell me - when are we going after that creep?

Supposedly it was found when the US troops moved into Kandahar. More likely it was manufactured because they needed a "confession from Osama" where he admitted involvement in 9/11. Funny that the only tapes where he "admitted" to it were that one, and the other obvious fake that was released Halloween 2004 to scare all the sheeple into voting for Chimpy again. At least the CIA casting director put a little more effort into that one.
