Will the $30 billion for the additional troops in Afghanistan be added to the deficit??

Since the Republican mantra is now a battlecry against the huge deficits, how can they support sending 30,000 more troops to Afghanistan without paying for them?? Do they think deficits spent on war do not count when we add up our national debt?

This is an extraordinary example of hypocrisy. Do they want to cut the deficits or not? Perhaps, they would like to cut the $30 billion elsewhere in the budget? Surely those Republicans like Lindsey Graham will tell us where?

Their protestations against "more spending" have about as much weight as a popcorn fart in a windstorm. They cannot expect to be taken seriously. If we are going to send more troops to Afghanistan, then they should be paid for. Otherwise, stop the fucking whining about the "deficits".

The American tax payer is paying for the American empire whether we like it or not. The take our taxes and pay for the 103 military bases through out the world and the American people have no say in the matter. How many billions does it take to pay for those bases every year?
