I distinctly remember one campaign stop in the south where Obama was left pretty much unguarded. Since he's been in office, there have been a few stories about how stretched the SS is right now trying to keep up with all the threats against him.

Maybe this weird event will put a spotlight on the problem and lead to something being done about it.
