When a Republican says the stimulus didn't work
show them this chart, It clearly shows a dramatic economic turn around a month after the Stimulus was passed.

Could someone find a graph showing the monthly improvement in unemployment numbers? I have seen a monthly graph on TV showing those numbers they also start to improve immediately after Obama became President but I haven't been able to find one on the net. I know the unemployment is still unacceptable but it is clearly improving.

1. Rockingham Mall in NH was so crowded today, there were no parking spaces left.
We had to leave...lol.

2. I hope you are serious or was that sarcasm?
Our nearest mall wasn't doing that good, I think the main reason is the new strip mall has been killing them the last couple years.

That friggin' mall is just over the border here in "tax free" NH. The fact that it did better today might just mean that more people were being cheapskates (tax savings.) Besides, that mall is a madhouse on most weekends during the holiday season.

4. What didn't work was Bush's $2-trillion tax cut.
That was supposed to be the final word in economic stimulus, remember?

At least until the next tax cut.

6. Interesting
Do a plot of just 2008 - 2009 - you'd think things were getting somewhat better.

8. Here is the chart I was looking for I finally found it
it clearly shows the jobless claims hit their peak in March and have steadily improved since. Ask a Republican to explain this.

I am not saying the unemployment isn't bad but the job losses have turned for the better.
