Wanna see who rules us?
This list pretty much tells all.
If nothing else, read the right hand column for all the vested interests there.
The left hand column has some interesting surprises...remember those Gov't people who
seemed to have gone away quietly, like Haig, or the infamous ex-Lehman guy, Dick Fuld,
or the "ex" CEOs of BOA and other banks.?
they just scurried from the light. All here, ruling over global economies.
I find any list that has James Baker III on it is a list of POWER.

This Bretton Woods group was created, significantly, in 1983. They have been busy ever since,
one continent after the other.

3. Maybe we should skip the paid middlemen (aka politicians) and negotiate directly with corporations.
But, maintaining the pleasant illusion that we the people have some say in what happens to us is far more comfortable. :hi:

6. I am all for skipping the politicians AND the corporations.
We have no choice but to shop local where I live, and I certainly am getting tired of paying money to
the Bog Corporations. Always looking for alternatives.

ones that scurried away the last time someone picked up a rock. Funny how the same slimy bugs keep coming up every time one of those rocks are pick up. I bet you'll find a few Skull and Bonesmen if you dug deeper.

These people are all interrelated through family, wealth, tradition and national and international connections. You and I, if we wished to belong to these groups would never make it. We don't have the multi-generational pedigree of high society criminals in our backgrounds. It's the way they stay on top of the heap and dictate policy. It's a lot like religious institutions. Keep the wealth and the control in the hands of the few who are entitled to rule and make decide what people should think and how they should act. It's the same in all power structures. The few a the top being given wealth and power by the many at the bottom.

some of the notes from previous events are VERY interesting, just wandered through the notes from prior to last year's elections, holy cow.

Thanks for this. Bookmarked, will share it, K&R.

32. Sarcasm?
I like the Frasier tv show, but the character Frasier is a pompous, elitist, ass. That's why the show is funny. He fits right into the list.

For my part I laughed when I saw the "Honorable" Dan Glickman of the MPAA.

From his wikipedia entry regarding the Pirate Bay trials, Dan sez:
“The actions today taken in Sweden serve as a reminder to pirates all over the world that there are no safe harbours for Internet copyright thieves”

Whelp, I'm off to go bitTorrent me some episodes of Frasier. If they catch me, perhaps I can have Bernie Madoff as my celly? *crosses fingers*

I don't think this is the kind of club you can just pay a membership for.

Somebody likes Grammer because he can do something for them. What it is, ain't exactly clear.

31. George Soros. Jimmy Carter. The League of Women Voters.
Cripes, I bet if I registered a domain, set up some HTML tables, cobbled together a list of 200 random people, and gave it an ostentatious name, within a WEEK -- TWO at the most -- half the tinfoilers and teabaggers in the English-speaking world would be citing it as an undeniable list of "Our KKKorporate Masters" or "The R00ling Elite".

Soon, simply having a JOB will be enough to be convicted in the Court of the Internet of having corrupt, hidden financial interests.
