But then again, I suppose it wouldn't be a "traditional" Thanksgiving if they did.

3. The draft is the Lion's Super Bowl.
It gives the loyal fans hope that the upcoming season will be a successful one. Then the regular season comes along and it isn't long before fans look forward to the next draft which brings back that feeling of hope.
