Happy Birthday Cliffordu

I have never met Cliffordu but I feel like I have known him since junior high. When I am on a long trip he sometimes sits next to me in the car in the same way that Dexter's father travels with him. I remember some of his witty comments and chuckle through the long drive.

Cliffordu came to my attention when his signature line included something to the effect that last year Cliffordu spent less than $ 100 on gas.

Cliffordu likes his bike.

In time he grew on me like a benign neck tumor. You know the one that looks like it is a an award winning giant egg plant.

If you are ever down Cliffodu will give you a DU bear hug.


Cliffordu is a survivor.

In Vietnam he survived living in this tower



Later in life he survived other hard places.



He posted this picture he took showing some friends that he used to hang with in the past.

Obviously hanging out in DU he has had to lower his standards to hang with us but we are grateful that he isn't so picky.



Clifford is a winner.

He has been fighting to keep straight and focused. Today the score will be Cliffordu 8,653 Demons 0. (23 years 8 months and 7 days)
