Small buisness can get loan through ARC portion of stimulus package

I was just reading a heartbreaking op from a small buisness person who is getting royally shafted by the credit card companies. I am sure there is more than one small buisness person in DU. Part of the stimulus was set aside for small buisness.. with loans up to 35,000.. I think Wells Fargo is the big bank that is lending it.

But as we approach these holidays, for all our small buisness people in a bind.. I would look at the ARC loans..
