Huckabee: Palin has more experience than Obama, gay marriage like having 6 or 7 wives
Huckabee says Palin has more experience than Obama

"She has more management experience and executive experience than Barack Obama."

Hillary Clinton? Carly Fiorina? Nancy Pelosi?

Nope: Sarah Palin, according to former Republican Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee, who told Katie Couric in an interview that he'd "absolutely" vote for the erstwhile Alaska governor who quit her job over the president of the United States.

Huckabee also declared that gay marriage was comparable to having "six or seven wives."

"Can we change it to multiple spouses?" Huckabee remarked rhetorically. "If not, why not? You know, I hear people say, 'Well, what would be wrong?' What would be wrong, then, with a man having two or three or six or seven wives? Or a woman having six or seven husbands all at the same time? Other than the financial challenge of doing that."

19. And cramped into a smaller area
Which would make it harder to govern.

I always said Ruth Ann Minner was qualified if Palin was.

9. Let's see: Mayor of a very small town and she needed a Manager
because she couldn't handle the duties herself. Somehow managed to be elected as Governor and had to quit because the job was too hard. Yeah, she has such incredible management experience - a real executive. :sarcasm:

I thought Huckabee might be the GOP choice in 2012, but when he is out there saying such idiotic things as this, he doesn't have a chance.

10. Except that having multiples wives is fine by the Bible
so I guess that makes it okay.

Gay marriage? Not Biblically sanctioned!

Because someone wants to marry the person they love, he assumes it is all about sex and therefor the more the merrier..I think most Republicans are so hung up on sex it affects every aspect of their lives.

15. Huckabee also, if I remember correctly
(1) doesn't believe in evolution

(2) thinks the earth (and the heavens) are only a few thousand years old

(3) has little or no knowledge regarding foreign affairs

but should not be underestimated because

(1) he has whatever it takes to lose 300 pounds and keep it off

(2) as one veteran Arkansas politician said:

"He's the only person I know besides Bill Clinton who can pick up a rock, and make a 10 minute speech about it."

17. experience? Obama had 8-years in State Senate in IL, 4-years in US Senate, and will have
in 2012 4-years as president, so I don't see how her couple of terms as Mayor of Wasilla, Alaska and half a term as governor (a quitter, too)makes her more qualified than Obama.

18. Obama also has a very strong educational background too
From Wiki:

Following high school, Obama moved to Los Angeles in 1979 to attend Occidental College. After two years he transferred in 1981 to Columbia University in New York City, where he majored in political science with a specialization in international relations<21> and graduated with a B.A. in 1983. He worked for a year at the Business International Corporation, then at the New York Public Interest Research Group.

That compared to:

She attended Hawaii Pacific University in the Fall of 1982 and North Idaho College (whose Alumni Association gave her the Distinguished Alumni Achievement Award in June 2008) in the Spring and Fall of 1983. In 1984, after winning the Miss Wasilla pageant, she finished third in the Miss Alaska pageant, receiving the "Miss Congeniality" award and a college scholarship.

She attended the University of Idaho in the Fall of 1984 and Spring of 1985, Matanuska-Susitna College in the Fall of 1985, and the University of Idaho again in the Spring and Fall of 1986 and the Fall of 1987, when she received her Bachelor's degree in communications with an emphasis in journalism.

Partnerships between two people are not like multiples.

And you're lucky you have one wife (she must be brain-dead to have chosen you).
