MO incest case - more graphic evidence found
A second police search of the Independence property of Burrell Mohler Sr., who is charged with an array of sexual offenses against some of his grandchildren, turned up child incest pamphlets.

Also seized were more adult movies, including a pornographic DVD about having sex with “Grandma & Grandpa,” according to new documents released Tuesday.

Other items listed on search warrant affidavits include what authorities are calling “incest porn” as well as homemade videotapes and a book of Mormon stories for children.

While the senior Mohler and most of his sons were active in the Community of Christ church, the oldest son, Burrell “Ed” Mohler Jr., 53, joined the Mormon church in 1992. He was excommunicated in 2007 for personal conduct unrelated to child abuse.

2. The child abusing sects must be wiped out.
This isn't religion. It's pseudo religion as an excuse for pedophiles who operate in extended families where generational abuse is the only family value.

3. Does not surprise me
If a real investigation of people of faith is performed, we will discover all kinds of bizarre immorality. Whenever I meet someone with over the top religiosity, my first thought is what are they trying to hide.

If they got Jesus on the front door, somethin' ugly's goin' on out back!

5. This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. There are plenty of horrible people
with or without "faith" or "religiosity".

In this case their religion only serves as the "shocking" part of the case in the media but really has nothing to do with the abuse itself, unlike the Catholic priests who used their power and job positions to lure their victims.
