1. R E C O N C I L I A T I O N ....

Dr. Dean talked with Senator Sanders and Rep Weiner, and convinced me that if substantial, REAL health care reform is going to happen, it CAN be done via reconciliation. It should not be watered down to nothing to garner a 60 vote margin.

If reconciliation can be used in the past by Republicans for Medicare Part D and tax cuts for the rich (both passing with less than 60 votes) then it can be done now to reform health care... in time for a brighter New Year.

Call it the 'Screw Joe Lieberman Bill' and you just may get 60 votes afterall.
