FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) — A Kentucky census worker found naked, bound with duct tape and hanging from a tree with "fed" scrawled on his chest killed himself but staged his death to make it look like a homicide, authorities said Tuesday.

Bill Sparkman, 51, was found strangled Sept. 12 with a rope around his neck near a cemetery in a heavily wooded area of the Daniel Boone National Forest in southeastern Kentucky. Authorities said his wrists were loosely bound, his glasses were taped to his head and he was gagged.

10. The FBI told us that some innocent guy (Bruce Ivins) delivered the Amthrax

Did they not blame someone else after he committed suicide?

Are experts always right? Remember how the FBI report on how Kennedy was assassinated was so bad that it had to be replaced with the also atrocious Warren Commission?

5. Why would someone bother to make their death
look like a homicide instead of an accident?

6. $600,000 of life insurance
that would not pay if he committed suicide.

The bigger payouts for the most uncommon deaths. Most people die either by natural means, suicide, or accidents. Most people are not the victims of homicides. That's why insurance companies offer the higher payout in the unlikely case where someone is killed do to homicide.
