CALL TO ACTION AGAINST AFGHANISTAN TROOP INCREASE

Any day will likely come the sickening news that President Obama has decided to escalate the war in Afghanistan. Join VFP in our "Call to Action" when the President makes his announcement. Also plan on joining us for the "Days of Decision" where we are encouraging chapters to take action between December 1 - 6th against escalation in Afghanistan.

This "people" sees lives - US and Afghani - as more important than poll numbers.

Besides, the RW is gonna squawk and flap about anything Obama does. The media will report that anyway.

Not too pleased with Obama not signing the land-mine treaty, either.

7. I agree...

I know I'm new and may get flamed but, I think it's time more people started supporting the issues not the party. What I mean is...when the party stops supporting the issues you care about,let them hear about it...don't try to justify to others or yourself why they aren't doing the job they were elected to do.

6. In my lifetime,

WWII, Korea, Vietnam, Iraq and now Afghanistan. When will we learn. Enough with our intentions to save the world for our ideals. It is far past time to take care of our own.

I really thought that someday we would learn, I guess I was naive.
