Los Angeles City Council medical marijuana regulation hearings live right now.
They've been trying for four years to get a medical marijuana ordinance in LA. I thought it might be passed today, but somehow I now doubt it. They're still discussing the easy amendments, not the ones that would bar the dispensaries from SELLING MEDICAL MARIJUANA, which should raise the roof.

2004: four dispensaries in LA

2006: 187 dispensaries in LA

2009: 1,000 +/- dispensaries in LA

4. search me. Too much administrative detail for most people I guess.
I like CSpan too, but I recognie this is a minority pursuit...most people prefer having their news fed to them by someone else.
