Probe into Ky. census worker's death concludes

FRANKFORT, Ky. — Authorities are about to release findings from an investigation into the death of a census worker found hanging from a tree with the word "fed" scrawled on his chest.

Kentucky State Police Lt. David Jude says a news conference is set for 2 p.m. EST at the agency's crime lab in Frankfort.

Federal and state investigators who have been working the case since September haven't yet announced whether Bill Sparkman's death was a homicide, suicide or accident....

1. I bet they say suicide

A few weeks ago the local Fox affiliate in Lexington gave a tease of some information they had been given by anonymous sources close to the investigation that it was going to be declared a suicide.

I also doubt that, I don't trust anyone in this state, even the Democrats here are too blue dog to be trusted. I sure don't trust anything coming out of eastern Kentucky, nothing is done without motive back there. There's not any justice to speak of, don't trust them.

Nothing will be done, this man will be forgotten. Time to move along, nothing to see.

It could have been staged to look like a murder. I wasn't there and did not see it, but I know the police are usually pretty thorough and in this case that had Federal aspects the FBI would have been involved..

by declaring an obvious murder a murder, would we?

Also, a Federal Hate Crime investigation would turn up God-Know-What-Else corruption in local law enforcement.

Best to declare it a suicide and move on - screw justice - screw the family.
