You may have heard that FOX News has been caught multiple times using fake footage in their broadcasting and posing it as "news". Don't you think the FCC should be more worried about news stations not reporting the truth to the American people, and not so much about swear words being on TV at 10 PM?

There's some questions about Net Neutrality which are worth Digging, too.

With the undeniable power of the media (I'm specifically referencing 24-hour news networks) to sway public opinion, does the FCC have any power to make sure the information is factual and to what extent can it enforce such a law? So much of Fox News (among other outlets) is such blatant misinformation that it seems borderline abusive, even considering its First Amendment rights. Do you see Freedom of the Press and Responsibility of the Press as two different animals?
