Spouse Pleads Not Guilty In Embezzlement Case
Indicted earlier this week by a federal grand jury in Des Moines, a former Indiana gay activist has pleaded not guilty to conspiracy charges. Marla Stevens was released on bond, but her whereabouts are being monitored electronically. She entered her plea while seated on a motorized scooter bearing one "Dennis Kucinich for President " and two "Mickey Mouse" bumpers.
