McCain says he enjoyed Palin book

HALIFAX, Nova Scotia — U.S. Sen. John McCain says he enjoyed reading Sarah Palin's new memoir and says the tension between his campaign aides and hers is no big deal.
But McCain likened the tension of a campaign to combat in an interview Saturday with The Associated Press on the sidelines of the Halifax International Security Forum.
In "Going Rogue," Palin confirms reports of discord between her aides and those of McCain, the 2008 Republican presidential candidate. The former vice presidential candidate says that she had wanted to deliver her own concession speach on election night, but was denied the chance. Palin says she was kept "bottled up" from reporters during the campaign.
McCain, who emerges unscathed in the book, says Palin is a dear friend.

3. i always find it fascinating when the 'personal responsibility' party
tries to blame everyone else for anything wrong. Like palin who takes NO responsibility for anything that happened during the campaign. not her lack of knowledge of the issues. not her shopping spree. not the horrible job she did in interviews. she takes no blame for any of it. It's always someone else's fault for anything and everything. Yeah, that's someone I want in a leadership position.

5. If he enjoyed her book, isn't he betraying his staff whom she criticized?

9. John McCain will never, NEVER admit
that he made a fucked up decision regarding that crazy-assed woman. His ego will never allow it, and he's a fucking coward to have put our country at risk by nominating that mentally unstable and incompetent harpy. I would like to use the word starting with a "b" but people will get their panties in a twist. When you are one, believe me, as a woman, I will call you one.

12. He's done nothing but whine and complain ever since he was thoroughly rejected last year.
He's nothing but a money marrying, coattail hanging, self centered grumpy old man who still won't admit that he's made any mistakes.

It stuns the brain to imagine what would have happened had the repukes managed to electronically steal the election last November.

McCain, you had your moment in the sun. Just go home and be quiet.

13. The giveaway is in the last sentence
"McCain, who emerges unscathed in the book . . ." You'd better believe that had Our Sarah made the colossal mistake of taking a shot at John Sidney McCain III, she could have expected the same sort of kind consideration Mrs. McCain received for funning John about his balding pate.
