At the time I posted the reference, the bumper sticker with the offensive reference (Pray for our president: Psalm 109:8 - the exact same reference as was causing the ruckus here) was on that page. It is not there at the moment, but it has been replaced with a T-shirt with the offensive text written out.

Zazzle had nothing more than the generic don't sell anything offensive prohibition that I could find - and since I find a lot of stuff there falls in the offensive category (which is approximately the same as the prohibition as on cafepress) it is not immediately apparent that the bumper sticker there this morning, or the T-shirt that is there now, violates Zazzle's policies any more than it violated cafepress' similar policies.

I did bring to EarlG's attention the apparent disconnect between DU pulling the store from cafepress and moving it to another site selling similar merchandise, and he provided me a link to an express policy on Zazzle prohibiting the sale of Psalm 109:8 merchandise - although the policy was sorely lacking in any guidance as to how it intends to enforce the policy, I did send a note to their customer service pointing out the merchandise that apparently violates their policy. I guess we'll see how they respond - my understanding is that is how things started on cafepress. Merchandise was pulled, evaluated, and then reinstated.

If they are really serious about it, they should make their policy more visible (I specifically searched for Psalm 109:8 and didn't find it, and spent a fair amount of time perusing their FAQs before giving up looking for a prohibition) - and they should clearly, in their policy, identify how to report material that violates it.

It probably relies on reporting by customers - which is why if they are serious about their policy they need to post the policy more prominently (include in a FAQ, send a notice to all sellers, etc.) and it needs to include directions as to how to report violations.

I spent about a half hour looking this morning, and had no confidence that (1) there was a policy that prohibited it and (2)even once EarlG sent me a link to the policy so I knew they did specifically prohibit it I still had no confidence that I had reported it in a manner that would actually come to anyone's attention. I doubt many will take the time to find the policy (or figure out how to report violations).

Edited to add, I have now also reported the two T-shirts that are there currently.

Edit # 2 - the T-shirts have now vanished, as well. Looks like they are doing what they said they would.

lots. my son likes the peace shirts ect... and we cant find them in the area. i have put lots of stickers on car, like 11 at a time. this was the best place to go to order the stickers adn tshirts and quality always good.
