Severstal Steel to re-start a plant near Wheeling WV

Severstal Steel to re-start a plant near Wheeling WV
December 13th that has been idled for the last 6 months. The steel produced will likely be used to supply another nearby plant that is also currently idled. I hate to burst some peoples bubble but the economy is improving and the additional capacity is needed. This is how real jobs are created!

Also a green shoot notice. A friend's brother is a recruiter for engineers. His office was dead a few months ago. Now, they're getting busy placing engineers--not an H1B sweat shop.

Maybe there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
