I knew this then..and I'm not that savvy...I just don't get it..why the middle class has been thrown under the bus..I am pissed and confused by the lack of support for the bankruptcy bill...Obama just shined it...and his mentor Durbin as well..I still love his smile, but dammit..why?

9. oops...sorry..little defensive because the foreclosure thing is still dragging down the economy

and even here ..initially, folks were blaming it on the subprimes..and saying they deserve what they get if they took out a risky loan..not understanding the domino effect...now the middle class community is being toppled and as i said, im not that economically savvy, but this was a no brainer to me..stop the foredlosures..allow the bankruptcy judges to help..the foreclosures have now set the value of a property..so even is someone has made all of their payments and has no financial problems..if they need to sell now, they take a loss...an entire community...domino effect which hasn't stopped falling yet...

its not just the economic depression...the emotional depression is paralyzing...families fearful of being homeless...it's more than economic fear...its a cynical paralyzing undercurrent which is at the throat of joe your neighbor...NOTHING has been done to stem ..or at least nothing that is effective...forget 2010...we're just going further down the tubes..

arms- i don't see any reason to think that arms are going to adjust up. except for those that have a teaser rate that will go up no matter what. interest rates are stable.

other than that, like everyone, i would like to see the administration reform the mess he was left with. it is my understanding that this is in the works. i don't see that it had to be a part of the bailout package, aside from having extraordinary leverage at that point. but the power to reform these things is there, anyway, any time. yes we can. i continue to think that we will.
i understand the need to tackle health first. people are dying. ditto afghanistan.
