Over the last week we have been treated daily to the "wisdom" that is sarah palin via her new ghost written book.

So far all that has been gleaned and surmised is that she lies. Not half truths, not "truthiness", not misspoke; she lies.

But her lies are based in a petty tit for tat settling scores sort of way. In a word, infantile.

She chooses to use the national stage as her own side show of ignorance, stupidity and petty arguments.

She's desperately trying to rewrite a history that was part and parcel of her VP "platform" to which we were subject to 24/7 via the squawk box.

With each moronic utterance, she is shown via past video tape, audio tape and personal interviews to be wrong but to also clearly contradict herself. This is not being a little wrong, but insanely, WTF wrong.

Her distortions, creative use of language and blatant falsification of events, in her mind equals leadership.

Oh, this woman is a leader alright, a leader of fools.

These same fools who parrot her words as if they were gospel. These same fools who are such desperate need of a central figure to guild their sinking ship, that they are willing to latch on to any utterance of hers as if it were life jacket. Still, they continue to believe her stupidity and lying, which to them, equals "maverick-ness".

Her suspension of reality and her willingness to continue to equate herself to the ultra fringe right, only sets herself up for a magnificent, in an epic sense, failure.

As we the rational thinking audience, bare witness to the slow motion year long Hindenburg like explosion that is palin, we cry out loud, "oh the insanity!".

sarah palin doesn't use a shovel, she is using heavy equipment to dig her hole. She's well past bedrock and into strata that only geologists work with. Worst of all, she thinks this is a winning strategy. As a Democrat, more power to her.

Her narcissistic view of the world around her is used as a support to prop up her own failings.

-Katie Couric is a depressed person who needed sympathy.

-Everyone in the McCain organization was wrong except for her.

-She glad hands separatists as "independent thinkers" and gives an ear to racists, bigots and people who are out to harm the president.

As her book tour continues, she avoids the major cities and chooses to only visit "friendly cities". Aka she only likes to hear good things. Narcissists are like that.

In her mind, she is never wrong, only speaking the "truth" and the left is out to malign her.

How this will end is anyones guess, but frankly, I have this feeling it won't be pretty.

Not for us and certainly not for sarah palin.
