Let's cheer up H2O Man, and speed his recovery. Laughter is the best medicine!

H2O Man:

Dick Cheney is STILL not the VP. Life is GOOD!

Please post something that will make him smile! (But not laugh too hard!)

1. Muhammad Ali is still the greatest.

Rubin Carter remains free.

I have great kids like you have.

Live on, man. We're both very lucky.

6. Special story for just you, Waterman, but don't laugh too hard, please.
When my late husband was a young man, nice teenage girls were not allowed to go on "dates". They could go to religious meetings with young men, if they were watched by all adults there.

My husband was invited by his new girlfriend to attend a Baptist revival meeting. At the front was the usual Baptist Baptismal Font. At the end of the service, the Minister had about 40 people to baptise.

A young women in her early twenties came out to be baptised, and the Minister spoke his words and dunked her under and pulled her up. No one had told her to wear clothes under the robe and it was completely see through when she rose from the water.

There was a collective gasp from the congregation, and the Minister quickly took his jacket off and wrapped it around the young woman; and promptly slipped under the water. As he struggled to get up the audience was shocked to see the Minister under the robe of the young woman. He panicked and they both fell down.

The meeting was adjourned in a Baptist hurry. My husband said that most everyone in the audience left with tears in their eyes from attempting unsuccessfully to hold their laughter.

Honestly, this was his favorite story and was absolutely true.

Hope this lightens your spirits, but, please, don't laugh too hard.

Love to you, wonderful man. Get well soon.

Jua
