What about the 6%?
The Senate bill covers 94% of non-senior residents. That means 24 million people will be left uninsured. 8 million of those would be illegal immigrants. The other 16 million...? Why won't they get coverage?

And the insurance companies will quote them policies so high they won't be able to afford them and pay a mortgage, etc.
