Obama Needs to Wrap Up Healthcare & Focus On Job Creation & Leaving Afghanistan.
2010 mid-terms are around the corner now.

The primaries are only months away and the campaigns are already starting.

As important as health-care is to Obama, this can not carry on into 2010.

Americans want jobs.

Jobs.

Jobs.

Jobs.

And they want out of this fucking going-nowhere Afghanistan and soon.

President Obama, I hope your 9 day trip to Asia was a good one.

Now, get your Cabinet busy on job creation or Democrats are going to pay next November.

Jobs.

Jobs.

Jobs.

3. I wish he could tie healthcare in with jobs.
For all those companies struggling to survive, they should be able to opt-out of the employer-based healthcare system. This would give them more money to invest in jobs and production. Their employees could opt-in to a single payer public option. Tha would help everyone involved and kill two birds with one stone.

6. He needs to tie jobs into everything he does and says from now on.
Bush created the mess, but Americans are only going to be patient so long.

Your point about allowing small businesses to opt out and let their workers into the public plan is the way to move this to single payer faster.

As a business owner who provides healthcare to my employees, it is a real boat anchor on our business as they keep raising the premiums and we have no options.

Japan, Europe, Australia and Canadian companies don't have to carry this weight as the government provides all their citizens with healthcare.

But Americans want jobs and household income. It is not happening and the clock to November is ticking.
