Is the Senate version of a public option better or worse than the House version?
I'm having trouble finding the requirements for joining the "Community Health Insurance Option," as it's referred to in the mind-numbing 2,074 pages of the Senate bill. Does it restrict enrollment in the community option to the poor and uninsurable, or is it open to everyone?

This bill is so awkwardly written that it's hard to sift through everything. I can't even tell if abortion services will be funded in the community option.

1. I can't answer the first question, but tonight, Rachel said there is no abortion restriction. nt

2. That's good - Stupak won't like that one bit, though
It's more likely that his little amendment will be stripped in conference, which is a start.
