Last week, we made a great first step in the House of Representatives, but now all eyes are on the Senate to pass a bill that includes a public option.

It's going to be a close vote and a senator from Connecticut is one of the key votes blocking this important legislation. Senator Joseph Lieberman says that doing nothing would be better than a public option. He has even threatened to block a final vote that includes one.

We need to get to 100,000 signatures for the public option today so we can show Senator Lieberman that the American people want affordable, quality health care. They want a public option.

We are close to reaching our goal and you can push us over the top, but I need your help to stand up to Senator Lieberman today. There are three ways you can help.
