1. Yes, they are...
As a verb, or an adjective.

8. I think the OP or at least what came to my mind was their fear of a trial
for a terrorist in New York. I heard some bimbo on the radio saying, "How would you feel if your daughter was kidnapped by this person....

9. okay, thanks
it makes sense. it's almost comical to me that people are raising a hue and cry about people who have been shackled, blindfolded, tortured, and jailed for years. how the hell they supposed to constitute any kind of threat???

7. You can say that again, and again
look at bush running and hiding during the Viet Nam War. Look at cheney messing himself to get his deferment. Look at the coward of cowards rush, getting a medical deferment for a cyst on his fat butt. Cowards every one. But the republicans don't care. They all must be cowards.

10. I don't think it's got anything to do with the Constitution.
I'd be surprised if any of them are familiar with it. The reason for the chickenhawk fit over the New York trials is no different from why they oppose health care or credit card reform or anything else: politics. They want Obama and the Democrats to fail. Since they have zero to offer, the only way they can try to look good is by making others look bad.
