Say HELLO! To A New Era In The FEDERAL JUDICIARY!!! (WOO HOO!!)
Man, this is so sweet. Obama is going to be able to load up the federal courts. :woohoo:

Controversial court nominee survives Senate test

WASHINGTON -- Democrats on Tuesday crushed a Senate filibuster against a controversial appeals court nominee, demonstrating to Republicans they can't stop President Barack Obama from turning the federal judiciary to the left.

1. I'll believe it when the Justice Department stops objecting to Don Siegelman getting his
review by the Supreme Court.

6. Justice is justice, and the Gov. did not receive it. I believe the connection IS that
the Obama administration has not moved as strongly as some would have liked to push their judicial nominees.

Couple that with the administration not supporting Gov. Siegelman in his efforts to reverse the actions of the Bushistas.

Slightly different game, but same league.

You've taken bashing to a new level w/ this idiotic stretch. Sheesh, even the poster who posted the original comment apologized because it was so off base.

This has absolutely nothing at all whatsoever to do w/ Siegelman. Nothing. Period. End of story. But you continue w/ your idiotic spin.
