I think the stammering and bumbling is pretty normal for him at all times. He's no journalist, he's a story-teller, a yarn-spinner. He's not fooling anybody but the fools in his audience who think he's anything more than a yarn-spinner. He has no facts, no evidence beyond the occasional journalist column. He can take one idea and expand and expound to make it fill out a whole hour of hot air. He's been doing it for years. Randi Rhodes can do this too--go on and on and on and on about just one little fragment.
His lisp is getting worse! His s's sound like th's more and more. When is this guy going to say enough is enough? I suppose there is a great feeling of power in being able to lead small minds where you want them to go.
I caught a caller, must have been after the interview (I was out of the car shopping during it). She said she just LOVES Sarah. The idea of Sarah is the most perfect role model she could ever imagine. How easily fooled. And seemingly, these people think that a political leader need be no more than a cultural leader. Huh? Don't they know what the job of President demands? I guess not.
I wonder if this guy is a net negative or positive, because he might keep the crazies pacified just by voicing their concerns on the air. Or is it worse for the country when they feel that there are others who feel the same way?
