The US comes in at #19 (#18 in 2008, #20 in 2007 and 2006).

The outstanding regions are Scandinavia (all in the top 11) and Australia/New Zealand (8/1). Canada, Iceland and Singapore were also in the top 10.

Other countries that interested me were Cuba at 61 (near the top of Caribbean/Central-South America and up from 66 in 2006), China at 79, India at 84, Mexico at 89, Russia at 146 (down from 121 in 2006), Iran at 168 (down from 105 in 2006).
