1. Tax it right after
we raise the tax on the wealthiest 1%, collect what is due us from all the corporations, have Single Payer health care and end both of the wars. IF we still need the money, then fine.

2. You could sell it to every old Yankee skinflint in New England
If it reduced property taxes significantly. This happens at the state and local level, indepedent of federal taxes - which need all the reforms you suggest, and a bunch more.

3. Seems a bit simplistic to say "tax marijuana production". What exactly do you mean by that?
If a person grows one plant in his/her yard does that mean he/she pays a set tax on it? Or is the size of the plant considered? Or is it only taxed if it's for sale?

Details, please.

P.S. I want to vote "yes", but I'm gonna wait to see what's proposed.

4. I run the front office of a very large MMJ dispensary
And my job is a fucking blast we have 18 employees with the most incredible unusual work relationship,,,,,,,,,,,,,no one can remember anything and then we all make a joke about it..................we were raided last week and the cops stole everything...............were all petrified the had full regalia guns, masks, intimidation tactics.......we were just getting ready to send off 30k to franchise tax board and they stole it..........we sell weed to old ladies who are sick for gods sake and the stole it all.

legalize it dammit.................stop fucking up peoples lives for no good reason.
