Who among you is buying your huggy bear a BMW for Christmas this year?
I must have seen 10 BMW Christmas sales commercials in the past 2 hours. Come on. Fess up. Perhaps his/her set or a his/his set, or a her/her set?

We don't do large Christmases but we like to get a little something for the grandbabies and buy something for ourselves that is out of the ordinary each year. I don't know about you all but we just shot a good portion of our limited Christmas budget on brake pads for a 20 year old truck. And our anniversary and birthday gift money just went on an alternator for a 10 year old car. Right now I'm trying to work insurance for the vehicles around the grocery budget.

We waiting to hear about mandatory furloughs for my husband's job and he just took a hit in his retirement package with no raise for the third year in a row. Oh, and the health insurance package appears to be covering less because the company at least didn't go for the higher premiums. His department is largely staffed with RW dittoheads who bitch all the time about having to work AND pay taxes and don't seem to understand that the department could easily be targeted for elimination if they don't do their jobs.

1. I don't have a huggy bear
so I'm just going to buy myself two. One to drive on even numbered dates and the other on odd numbered days. And I'm going to spend the holidays at my new ocean front home in Phoenix that the nice banker convinced me I could afford.

Also the diamond commercials. They need to purchase a clue.

17. I'm not married, but I always thought a car purchase was a joint decision.
Even if I had the big bucks, I'd have a hard time looking at a car as an impulse buy.

19. What a Good Idea!!
I'm going to run right down to the new BMW dealership in my town and check out their inventory! I sure hope they've got a red one.

If they don't, I can go across the street to the Land Rover dealership, or just a couple of hundred yards away, I can see what the Bentley dealership has got for sale.

Whatta selection!
