OMG....just heard a caller on Stepanie Miller

He was so much the embodiment of the ignorant RW fundie I almost wonder if the caller was playing a joke...he believed Saddam was in part responsible for 9/11, that Limbaugh and Beck are "the men who tell us the truth", that many Muslims are terrorists and they worship the "wrong god", that the country was founded on Christianity, and apparently thought that John Bunyan was one of the founding fathers as he exhorted Stephanie to read Pilgrims Progress. Epic History Fail. It's sad, hilarious, and absolutely terrifying all at the same time.

GWB is a bully, not to mention Cheney. The right is made up of cowards that not only dont know the truth but avoid it at all costs. The truth is so much harder to deal with than a lie. They didnt want to know who was responsible for 9/11, they just wanted someone punished. The same goes for justice. They dont care if justice is served as long as someone pays, usually a minority. Hitler had no trouble convincing Germans that the Jews were responsible for all their problems. Kinda like Lou Dobbs blaming our problems on immigrants.

2. yesterday on NPR there was some newser who kept rolling out

the RW point 'no attacks since 9/11, ergo Repugs own security'. and the host actually didn't let him get away with it.
I was floored. (in and out of the car so much I couldn't tell you what program.)
